I am going to meet with the guy this afternoon, and ask him about the machinery I have seen it before, but not close up. SO LET LUCK BE A LADY TODAY.

Re: Synthesizer Prices

That's a fair price, great price if everything's 100%. Too bad I haven't the cash. If I did have $3K, I'd buy that PPG Wave 2 that's in Switzerland.
WOW D: A PPG Wave 2 for 3K which series is it 2 2.1 or 2.2?

Re: Any Cool synthesizer action

Very Cool indeed. I also ran my Yamaha SY-55's Dawn Chorus patch (#2) through a toneworks 1000acxg Phaser pedal, kinda creepy, especially with the Modulation wheel cranked.

Any Cool synthesizer action

I did a recording a while back and I used My Yamaha CS-5's Audio input and envolope controller, and generated some insane noises by using a simple Yamaha YPT 300 I generated some very percusive and almost in-humane noises. What are some cool groove patterns you all have designed?

Re: What has happend to Yamaha and synthesizers?

Have to Agree with the fact that FM synthesis is both evil and necessary, I have a pair of Yamaha CS-5s and A Yamaha CS-1 I have to say they're all pretty good even if the CS-1x is a digi emulator, however when you get on the boat with my SY55 or my DX7 Mrk II, you have good sounds, but they're god ...

Re: Anime Synth Patches (Macross II, and Silent Mobius)

The intro to Gundam 0083 Stardust Memory has a particular Synth Patch that is used it is the first sound you hear, yet I can not figure out for the life of me what the patch title or the synthesizer is that was used to generate it. As well as the synth-Sax what tone is that? Here it is http://www.yo...

Re: What was the cheapest Synth you ever bought?

I regretably had to sell some of my equipment to a local band to cover some hospital expenses, but I did trade for a new Micro Korg lol. I traded a 30 dollar sustain pedal for it lol the gent was a guitarist not a synth player lol.
