With all these classic Myspace angles I wouldn't be surprised if all your synths are fat chicks. No I don't mean the synth term for bass neither or any reference to sound.

Re: Korg MonoPoly

Average is like mid $800 to somewhere in the $900's. Cutoff price is whatever you are willing to pay. Any synth would have to be in really nice shape(functional/physically) for me to want to pay over the average if that is what the seller is asking.

Re: Some general MS-20 interfacing questions

Kinda like an MS-30  Yep. I got the 10 before the 20 and using the 10 as a third oscillator, like a 32' triangle, causes some serious rumble in the jungle. Sure it doesn't have all the patch points/options the 50 has but it didn't cost me no 2K or whatever they sell for. It does have PWM that ...

Re: THRU YOU - Kutiman mixes YouTube

I remember seeing these videos last year. I remember because of his sites design. Video 3 has a Roland RS-09, SH-101, Multimoog in it. One had a ton of gear in it. *clicky click* Video 4 is the one with a lot. Just about every video has at least 1 synth related something in it.

I thought it was going to be a video of your track actually being put on dubplate. :|

The smell of a dubplate is awesome...yet probably brain damaging chemical-ish.

Re: Recommend rack tube pre's

Excuse my ignorance, but.... Is there really any point in using a preamp in a synthesizer set up? In my case I have 2 synths that need the signal boost. One vintage and one digital but the digital synth has an upcoming OS update and will probably remedy this(I hope). I currently run the vintage syn...

Re: Recommend rack tube pre's

As a musician, another 'critical' link in our signal chain that we need to drop a wad of money on is the last thing we want to hear about . . . but sound engineers live and breathe this preamp stuff for good reason. It isn't that I don't want the best sounding pre it's more that I don't run a studi...

Recommend rack tube pre's

There is a thread in sound production but I thought I would throw this out in buyers guide. There are lots of units out there but seems that a lot of them are garbage. Looking at getting a tube pre to boost some signals but also add a little tubeness. Mostly interested in rack or at least a unit tha...
