Re: Modal (Modulus) Goes Insane at Messe: three new synths
I am a big fan of Paul Maddox and his passion and talent for creating synthesizers. With the 002 retailing for $5200US, and the 008 going for considerable more than the 002, it could be near the $6000US mark, which will be a very limited market I'm afraid. EDIT : GOOD NEWS, Sweetwater has them liste...

Re: Strange Zip Drive Issue (Not Click of Death)
Thanks Kirk, that's some great information to file away for future reference. Any idea what would cause a Zip 100 to freeze up sometimes? Once in awhile my Zip will lock up when I switch to a new patch when loading it to my Emax SE Plus. I have to turn everything off, reboot and then it works fine. ...

That's fantastic news Dan.
You never cease to amaze me how you get these things working again.
Looking forward to the demo.

Re: Minimal/Maximal
Very nice, I like the vibe and soundscapes you are getting. Just curious, you use a lot of reverb on many of the tracks and wonder what reverb are you using. It sounds very clean and spacious. Sometimes they can muddy up a song, but I don't hear that here. Good job. Listened with Sony MDR-7506 headp...

Re: Moog discontinues Voyager RME/releases Rober Rich EP
There is one common denominator in your list, they are all rack units.
Perhaps this is an indicator rackmount versions aren't money makers, and keyboard versions are.

Re: New Album release - "Tales from beyond the Stratosphere"
Congrats on completing your album.
I visited your website and checked out some of the live performance videos, and enjoyed see/hearing your material in a live setting. I especially enjoyed Nuclear Family.
You guys certainly are original, and that's a good thing.

Re: synthstable live sessions
I enjoyed this very much. You built the song up very well, and you kept things interesting enough I never got bored. If I had one thing to say, and it could just be me, I thought some of the instrument's volume levels were a wee bit loud in a couple of places, but again, it could just be my ears as ...

Checked out some of the stuff on your Soundcloud link,
Sounds great, very retro to me but in a good way, and your production and mixes are excellent.
Thanks for the link.

I would suggest sending the original poster a private message in the hope it will show up in their email account, since they haven't had any more posts or comments on this forum for a year.
As it is now, it's highly unlikely they visit the site anymore.
