Re: What's Your Favorite Keyboard Stand?

I'm using an Ultimate Apex 2 tier stand. It's a breeze to set up, and can hold the weight of my Korg 01/w pro. Nice too, that's it's got a built on mic stand.Image

Re: What instrument have you had the longest?

technically, I still have my first synth, a Chroma Polaris purchased in 1985. The thing hasn't worked in yrs and I keep it in the closet. The DX7 I bought in 1987 still works, although the midi out/in ports aren't working. I still have the case from the very first guitar I got for Christmas 1964! Th...

Re: Know anything about this Baldwin "Microcomputer Orchestra"?

I only have vague memories of this organ..a music dealer I worked for way back was a Hammond and Baldwin dealer.
So, in essence I'm no help, but I do hope you get it super cheap! There's probably no hope of getting parts for it if something's not working.

Re: Other ways of getting AN1X sound

those are pretty major differences. pretty obvious a plg150an != an1x. These are mostly feature, not sound differences. And if the goal is to get "AN1X sound" then PLG150-AN will give you that and even more with its extended synth engine features. Considering the fact that you can install 2 or 3 ca...

Re: NI Reaktor 5 BUG

did you try to get in touch with the NI custumer support? I cannot given the unlegitimate version of my reaktor. they might have an answer to this problem. Not yet no, but from what I have heard they aren't the most responsive company out there. Also this problem only recently popped up for me beca...

Re: I got a Wavestation A/D today

Hey, I loved your story. My dad was a piano tech as well, and I grew up to be one too! I just grew up with a Hammond in the house. Keep an eye out for a roland d550, they can be found pretty cheap. congrats on the wavestation. If I didn't have the KLC software version, I be looking to buy the hardwa...
