I was dead set on the Kurzweil, it just sounds gorgeous, but now I think I may be leaning toward the Motif. I don't use Cubase, but I've read the Motif can be edited as a VST, so it should work with most DAWs. I suppose I'll mull over it until I can find a chance to test drive both these machines.

Yamaha RS7000 The midi patchbay is a snap one you get used to the controls. I also use Midiquest on my PC to have deeper control over some synths and fx. For my Akai S3000XL, I use Millenium Pro, it makes keygroups and drum maps a breeze.
