Re: POST ANY INTERESTING EBAY / CRAIGSLIST LISTINGS HERE!!!

surprised that hasn't been taken down for keyword spamming w/ all those brands in the title. Yes it should be in fairness. O hang on,didn't spot "0 Bids". I think he's asking 10 times what he payed for it, is that correct? It makes sense, since he already paid 10 times more than it's worth. :...

Re: Monopoly-500$

Great score!
I got one for $400 about 2 years ago. Later I traded it for a Taylor 315ce, worth over $1,000.00! Sweet deal! It's a great synth, and I wish I still had it! I'm waiting for another one in the 4-5 hundred range. ;)

Re: Space Echo Tape Loops warning!

Space6oy is a good trader! :D I got the tapes and it works better than the replacements named in this thread. The split is better and it sounds better too. The 201loops has a nice sound but got stuck on the heads and went off track every two minutes, until the tape was destroyed. The mytapeecho has ...

I never had to do anything to the mini, other than cleaning the contacts. I'm on my 3rd ody and all of them needed some service. After serviced they were all solid.

Re: Used ARP Odyssey: How Much to Maintain?

I think odys are relatively easy to repair. But it all varies from synth to synth... They usually have some mechanical problems with the keyboard assembly, scratchy sliders, and the normal wear and tear stuff, bad caps, dry bushings, etc... But IMHO it's not a particularly fragile synth, and it's ve...

Re: Space Echo Tape Loops warning!

Thanks for the replies guys! I had 201Loop.com replacements installed in a 201 & 301 earlier this year and they have no issues. It seems that these loops are hit or miss... :( It works in some decks, not in others. Cutting your own loops is not at all difficult. You can make really interesting stuff...
