Oh absolutely, I get your point. And to clarify, I didn't mean "versatile" as in expecting to compose an entire track off of it. More in the sense of having a nice collection of classic drum machines to choose from for different occasions. Like, say, I want to use some DDD-1 sounds for this one spec...

so what's the general consensus about this KULT thing? Is it worth the $265 it seems to be going for in online shops? like Z says, i'm not such a fan of samplers or having to dig through sample folders on my hard drive.
