 Exactly what I was thinking. It's all just for show because they'd look stupid both squeezing behind a Mac book with those silly glasses bobbing up & down!!

I emailed MFB a couple of weeks back asking about the Microzwerg. I got a reply saying it should be out in August. We'll see  EDIT: just checked the MFB website & that also has mid August for the Microzwerg.

Still no more news on the Microzwerg yet. I'm hoping we're at least going to see a pic of it soon.

Re: MFB Nanozwerg, Urzwerg, Microzwerg & Megazwerg

i think it almost crossed analogue with 8bit sid sounds Funny you should say that because the 6581 SID chip is actually a digital/analogue hybrid. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/6581 "The SID is a mixed-signal integrated circuit, featuring both digital and analog circuitry. All control ports are digi...

Re: MFB Nanozwerg, Urzwerg, Microzwerg & Megazwerg

The Microzwerg will be exactly the same size as my MFB-522 & I think they will be a really potent combination. Can't wait for the Microzwerg. It's going to great.

Re: MFB Nanozwerg, Urzwerg, Microzwerg & Megazwerg

MFB's website says you can get the megazwerg from them now... that really looks like the most fun of the lot. Listening to the demos of the nano tho also left me fairly impressed. Very buzzy and strong sounding. Yeah the sound isnt bad. But as far as the Microzwerg goes (and all the other new MFB s...

Will you buy a Nanozwerg or are you waiting for the Microzwerg?

Ah! That would explain why some outlets are apparently already selling the them already

Still. On the plus side it means they can get on with the Microzwerg now. Cool. Maybe it will be out before July?

The MFB site is showing that the Nanozwerg, Urzwerg & Megazwerg will all be at the Musikmesse. No more news on the Microzwerg as of yet, which is the one I'm really interested in ;)

Re: MFB Nanozwerg, Urzwerg, Microzwerg & Megazwerg

Check out the MFB Myspace for some more demos: http://www.myspace.com/manfredfrickeberlin I only listened to the Nanozwerg demos but to my ears it sounds pretty quality, especially for the price. There are some really nice sounds in those demos. But in parts it sounds a bit harsh & fuzzy. I'm just ...

Re: MFB Nanozwerg, Urzwerg, Microzwerg & Megazwerg

I'm not sure how these guys got compared to the Neptune, but besides MFB and Spectral Audio being kind of Moogy, they're pretty different. You think MFB stuff & Spectral Audio are Moogy?! I don't think my Neptune 2 sounds anything like a Moog. Not in the least. It's capable of some great basses but...
