Re: Korg Radias Out of Production
haha, 2009? That was before I was into synthesizers, guess that explains why I missed that. I just assumed they were still in production (as the last time I looked a few months ago I saw new ones listed on music websites.) If anyone lives in Australia and is after the matching white keyboard, Alans ...

Korg Radias Out of Production
Just wondering if anyone here picked up on chatter that the Radias was out of production.
Read something here:

Then went looking for it on various music websites and ebay and couldn't find it new.

Re: New to synthesizers, any help is much appreciated
Minotaur is only monophonic as well. Plus you can only play bass notes on it. Nothing in the high end. Your going to have to be more specific as to exactly what your after, there are a billion synths in the 800 dollar price range out there. Do you want Vintage or new? Do you want analogue or digital...

Re: does the Juno 60 bring anything to my table?
The Sheet musics are about five dollars a pop and you get a player that can play them if your unsure about how exactly a melody goes.

Re: does the Juno 60 bring anything to my table?
Yea I have a Juno 106, the 60's often bagged out cousin and it taught me basic subtractive synthesis. Though I didn't get a real grasp of exactly what everything was doing till I got something more brutal to program. (Esq-1). If you're interested in playing synth pop covers then your best bet is you...

Re: Korg R3 modulation
At least they include a hard copy manual. Read some where (not sure if true) that the new Jupiter's didn't even come with a full manual. You had to download the PDF. Though imo a hard copy doesn't seem that wasteful. Unlike a newspaper or something you usually keep it for life haha.

Re: Korg R3 modulation
Ok, Thanks for that... Looks like you can do PWM on OSC 1 but not on 2. I was looking through the manual before but couldn't find the exact reference to PWM. Saying that the answers were there made me study harder, haha. It's a bit confusing, the manual is set out Matrix style, with its own jargon.....

Korg R3 modulation
Does anyone know what the exact modulation destinations for the LFO's and Envelopes on the R3. Can you modulate the pulse width with the LFO and/or the envelope? Considering buying one but can't seem to find this information anywhere. Thanks for you help.

Re: Blofeld Noise Help
I have no experience with the Blofeld, but people do winge about noisey distortition on the filters. Do you live near any shops that have a demo version on the floor? You could ask to test one out there and see if the floor model has the same issues. I've done that before with gear... Also as others...

Re: Rare exotic Japanese synth Suiko ST-100
Can you speak/write in Japanese? Best bet if you can is to search the "Japanese" part of the internet. Don't think it would be worth much as a "Synthesizer" as it doesn't appear from the picture to have much "Synthesis" value. Looks like it just plays back presets. It's value is probably in it's rar...

DSI MOPHO? Little Phaty? I have absolutely no experience with either of them so am not allowed to recommend them, but pretty sure you can detune the oscillators on them... and I would think that they would stay in tune better then the MG-1 Alternatively... sell the MS 2000 and buy one again in bette...

Re: A warning to all...
Did people read some of the post linked... to much to read the whole thing, but it seems that they were talking about legal options. It seems, if you knew where this guy lived you could at least sue him for breach of contract. I'm pretty sure what he was doing is completely illegal in most countries...
