Have you changed how you tune your guitar? i.e., using an electronic tuner on each string, as opposed to tuning one string with a tuner, and tuning the other strings to that one by ear? My guess is that the internal battery has died. If so, your patches are gone, You'll need to remedy the battery and any other problems, then reload patches from the web.
