Re: why my juno 60s sound different

My arp acts the same way as yours. I never use the arp lol only for really fast arping underneath chords that you can barely hear.

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF ONE CAN PASS GEAR THRU JUNO 60 CHORUS??

A nice step by step procedure would be nice!

Re: Korg Minipops

The Mp7 seems to sound better based on that video.. sounds heavy. The problem is when I hear 120 sounds on youtube, it sounds less than the sr95 (aka mp7) even the demo you posted. I want to go with the 120 because of the punchier sound, but I will go with the 95 if theres more sound. Can someone pl...

Re: why my juno 60s sound different

If anyone needs a new jack-board, let me know. I ordered one before I did the entire Jackboard calibration... So I don't really need it anymore. I guess I'll leave it around for parts.

Re: why my juno 60s sound different

Pro 5, I will check the ARP, i don't use it much. Calibrating is always a good idea. For the juno 60, it is VERY tedious work... I would suggest getting a nice Velleman PC oscilloscope(or something better if you can afford it), a radio shack Multimeter and Freq Tuner (i used my cellphone, downloaded...

Thinking of selling my SK30 for a Polysix.... something keeps telling me the polysix will be weaker sounding.

Re: why my juno 60s sound different

Check TP3 on your cpu-board, does it have a blue connector there, if so, its a newer voice board, if not, its the older one.

Re: why my juno 60s sound different

will read the rest of your posts tomorrow. I think the juno being a simple synth, alot of its owners just purchase it and use it, not even caring, or delving into it to make sure it's at its very best. I was surprised to hear a huge difference after calibration. Juno discussions always seem like tir...

Re: why my juno 60s sound different

No need to apologize, this should be an all juno 60 thread. Run wild. On one of my Juno 60s, when I turn it on, anote plays ans decays lol. thats the juno in the 200K so I guess thats normal.
