Yamaha 125th anniversary and not a damn thing... Maybe they are holding out? Last thing analog related i can recall Yamaha doing was the AN1x back in 1998 and that was VA . One of the best sounding VA's ever made imho. I would be happy if they expanded on that, but a redux of the CS-30 would be eve...

I have a Oberheim OB-5 B3 Clone wheel organ , Dual waterfall keyboards 25 long oak bass pedals stand and bench. 11 pin leslie / Midi / FX send & returns. Built in Leslie simulator / distortion & reverb. All parms tweakable i.e. tonewheel size, leakage keyclick ect ect. Keyboard by itself is about 85...

For me it was when my step-dad came home with Rick Wakeman's White Rock soundtrack that had just come out. Those Moog leads hooked me forever. Some years later i got my first synth a Korg Poly 800 and from then on i have had a incurable case of G.A.S. :P

If i had to pick one synth sound design tool my vote would have to go to the Alesis Fusion 8 HD hands down. ( my current main board) Next would be the Korg Kronos but with a 2 minute 30 second boot time i could never rely on it for stage use. As amazing as the Andromeda A6 is its not up to the task ...
