how importantant is customer support to you

there are company's out there that make great products but to try to get them to answer a :?: or give you some help with their product is like pulling teeth. You have better luck coming here with your questions probably 99 percent of the time. I understand that some company's don't use the same lang...

Re: $200 Roland Keytar Blowout @ Sweetwater until 12/7/14

the reason why they are soooo cheap is because the major design flaw in the handle. it locks your hand inside and basically takes away the freedom you want from a keytar. I just do not like the feel of my hand being trapped next to the pitch bend, you want to have both hands free on the keys sometim...

Re: would be nice if KORG would of held onto x mass deadline

dude, I would be happy with just a pic of a prototype at this point. and from just based off of the ms20,mini and kit, I don't see them taking something out of left field. would be great to switch filters from different versions though. That is one thing the kit has that blows the mini away. of cour...

Re: MKS-80 + Kiwi Patch Editor

check the kiwi patch editors list of synths it works with, if you have more than one synth it may be a good investment for you. I use mine with a jx10, micro q and jd990, and it sits on top of the jx10 perfectly and is great for both racks too. And once I get 106 voice cards, (lame) I will use it wi...

would be nice if KORG would of held onto x mass deadline!

does the moog sub37 and dsi pro 2 both look and sound killer, yes. That being said I just can't justify having anymore analog gear but the karp oddy is all ready in the studio in my mind. If they do as good as the ms20mini and kit then it will be worth the wait. Hopefully well priced too, got to com...

Re: Tempest VS Analog Rytm

I am actually pretty decent with world geography. I was a Risk champion from way back when, and ever since weed's become legal here there has been a pretty heavy flow in my house hold of strong edible's, thc honey sticks and hippie speed ball fudge are great to jam for hours on end, but I will be th...

Re: Tempest VS Analog Rytm

ooops! I had Germany on the mind, been spending a lot of time with the Micro Q last few days with the kiwi patch editor and the sound tower program. Lot's of fun, not so much fun is a Blofeld with a broken resistor giving it a max volume of say a 1 out of 10. Uber Lame :!: Thanks for the correction....

Tempest VS Analog Rytm

well since I just did a shootout for the rhythm wolf vs the volca bass and drums I figured I should do a analog drum shootout of some higher end gear. so Elektron Analog Rytm VS Dave and Rogers Tempest. Both are about the same price, and both are great analog beat makers. What one's better in your o...

omnisphere for $180

besides my daw studio one and the arturia analog lab software that came with my keylab and a sq80 freeware I am very much a newb when it comes to software and vst's. I was offered a copy of omnisphere for $180 and it will be registered to me before cash is exchanged. Bottom line is, is that a good d...
