Re: Roland Aira System 1--SonicState review vid

But there are already keyboards and rack modules that can load VST plugins directly, and they're not limited to only Roland "plug-outs". So I don't really see how that is "the future". Native Instruments has a hardware unit where you can load loads of VST plugins and play directly with a MIDI keybo...

Re: IKEA floor to ceiling shelves for Studio Setup

I thought I seen those in his videos. With his collection too... Awesome shot. Maybe in the next studio. Have to make some money in the current setup... been too trigger happy. Got the trigger locked up for now.

Re: Roland Aira System 1--SonicState review vid

I like the Plug Out concept. Could be the future, not like the past/present midi controllers. Now if they think big like an Octatrack sampler... just wish there were more routing options through the whole system. I hope they pack more gear in before end of the year. SH-09 or any SH would be great, p...

Re: DSI PRO 2

Could the Pro 2 be the reason there are 3 Poly Evolver Keys and 1 rack on Ebay this week? These are US listings Poly to Mono doesn't make much sense but maybe it's the DSI loyalty. 1 Auction at > $100, 6 days 1 Auction starting at $1400, 6 days 1 Buy it now at $2000, 5 days Rack Auction is at $0.99,...

Re: Roland Aira System 1--SonicState review vid

Buddy came by last night and we were shredding some nastiness on the system 1. He can be a little hard to keep up with. We were flipping through patches about every 30-60 seconds. The system 1 and BS2 got the most love. System 1 doesn't have nearly as many patches but was a lot of fun to play. Can't...

Happy you posted this, waiting for responses.

The chameleon:
With 300Ma on the output I'm assuming this won't work with keyboards. The way your post reads, I'm assuming it's for 19" racks and or modular? Output.

My AN1X is the lowest and it's 700Ma

Help! posting to YouTube. want the audio & video right.

So for posters of YouTube videos. Any advice for a newbie? First project will be 808 vs. R8 vs. Miami vs. Aira 8 I know for the listeners end, their experience will depend highly on the device they listen on. So I want to get my end straight on the audio. Are there any tutorials or advice on bit and...

Re: Roland Aira System 1--SonicState review vid

I just got me the tr-3 and it sounds pretty wonderful, I was only wishing it had some more features in the sound engine like an LFO or two and more control over the envelopes like a decent synth should, If you are talking about the 3, I totally agree it won't have old staticy pots and sliders and a...

Re: Roland Aira System 1--SonicState review vid

Went ahead and completed the Aira line over the weekend. Looking forward to this Free SH-101 at the end of July. For a 1 voice virtual hybrid controller I was getting a lot of noise. Very touchy pans. Aside from "a lot of noise" I also was hearing some really sick sounds. Perfect Horror blood bath s...

So would it be appropriate to post the website and discount code here if I found 15% off?

Has anybody else found better than 15%?

Re: So who is happy with their TR8 then

I suppose I like mine on the 2nd go. It's nice having the different kits but some of the samples don't sit well with my ears. The BD on the first 4 kits can be pretty intense. 75% Comp and Decay sounds like you're in a trunk with a few 15s. RS and CB are probably the worst imo. I only have the TR8, ...
