Re: IKEA floor to ceiling shelves for Studio Setup

If you search for Stolmen on Ikeahackers there's got to be some useful ideas there. The two DJ setups come to mind ( 1 , 2 ); neither uses the floor-to-ceiling posts, and both uses something more stable as a base. Maybe that's an option for stuff you want to play. thanks I can't believe I even forg...

Re: DSI PRO 2

This is now the official dsi forum. Think all the elektron purists and Tempest Haters killed that but this is going to make a lot of wives mad.

Re: DSI PRO 2

For f**k sake! Why can't it just sound like a Mopho then I know I won't want it. Of course it's not going to but it sounds lovely from that vid and I don't want any more synths LOL so so so true. how many folks are doing a synthetic liquidation right now? We are heading into an expensively fun anal...

Re: DSI speculation

I went back and watched the video. Turns out that the Pro2 is more capable than I thought with regards to its Paraphony. Unlike the Mono/Poly it really does sound like each voice has its own amplitude envelope...if you listen when he's stabbing the chords, they don't just gate off when his fingers ...

Re: DSI PRO 2

I believe things happen for a reason and the timing was just spot on. I just won a Pro One 2 weeks ago on ebay and was super excited. The seller messaged me 4 days after payment to inform me that the Synth I had won was in dire need of maintenance and refunded me. Happy Happy Joy Joy. This falls rig...

Re: Any Hardware Recorders with Side Chain?

Maybe not a sidechain, but I have the Gemini SD Card recorder. It's essentialy a cd burner without the cd burner. You can record onto an SD or USB device such as an external Hard Drive. Probably not the answer you were looking for but for $150.00 it will be our go to for mobile live or mobile dj gigs.

Re: Pro One serial archive

This forum is pretty neat in that it gives me feeds on the bottom related to searches or topics I posted about. I'm a little late on this topic but I won an auction for AJ wire Pro one from Texas that came with a manual. the eBay seller was very cool they test it out the board again before they ship...

Re: Pro One Pot Cleaning and Keyboard Scaling

Nevermind. Been having bad luck on keyboards lately. Seller messaged me at least to tell me there were too many issues and it needed service before refunding me.

BBack on the hunt for a vintage mono. May have to live with the BSII and MG1.

Re: Pro One Pot Cleaning and Keyboard Scaling

I'm expecting mine to arrive no later than monday. Can you owners help me out with a few items? Do either of you have a Pro-One Patch sheet you could email me or know where I can download one from? Are there any updated options for the knobs, say like the Prophet 12 pots available for DSI? I know mi...

Re: AN1X Repairs? Worth It?

Okay okay. This beautiful blue Yamaha is now working. Just had a fun 10 minutes on it. Some beautiful presets inside. I heard some familiar sounds that I love. I can only imagine how much in my vinyl collection had this synth wrapped inside. Factory reset worked 2nd go round. Hopefully a long happy ...
