Data dumps are just a way of storing patch data as sysex, and not the actual sounds. So you have to record your sounds as audio, using Audacity or some other editor, and then load them into the sampler in Reason.
Or you could try Synthcather to make the process a little easier.

I think it's possible, i don't have an audiophile anymore so i can't try it either, but the key is to not use asio drivers in both programs. In this case, make Tuareg use asio drivers, and use wdm drivers in Cool edit. Or the other way around. Then open the soundcards mixer app, and make sure to unm...
