it does, doesn't it? hehe.

i was actually thinking of getting one again. I sold it because, really, you have very little control over the sound, but it does have an awesome gritty quality to it. and its a great notepad for getting ideas down

I remember wondering the same thing, Jexus. I had the grey model. And to me, the few photos I saw of wha tappeared to be black models appeared to have a glossier finish (whereas my grey one had a rougher, matte finish).

yeah, as was mentioned, reverb's your friend. I don't really make much ambient music (at all really, though I've dicked around with a few ideas, and I guess i like having ambient background textures in stuff), but when I do, reverb, slow attack on the filter envelopes, long delays, chorus, etc. Putt...

This is kind of not along the line of whats been suggested, but I love using my Zoom G7. It just makes my synths scream. its a lot of fun. unpredictable at times, since its obviously designed for use with guitars, and not complex and dynamic synth signals, but thats why its awesome.

I'm really impressed with what I've heard- especially the demos stefan has posted on here (nice work dude). I just hope the Australian dollar stays strong against the USD for a while longer (at least till we hit that first price drop a few months down the track). Aside from all the specs (which are ...

yeah i bought my friend a beaten up micropreset for his 21st and them pimped it out for his 22nd. Only problem is the 'synthe 1' and 'synthe 2' patch banks don't work, which eats balls, since they're the only ones which implement the (albeit very simple) attack & decay controls. Still, the basses on...

I don't really know much about vocal effects- especially something wanted for such a specific function. But maybe check out the TC Hecicon range.

Firstly, get a manual. THe SU-700 used RAM only (volitile memory- meaning that when the power goes off, all your samples and songs go with it). So, the reason why you aren't hearing anything is because... there's nothing there. As far as getting loops running... again, you gonna have to download a m...

sweet dude. I used to own one. kinda wish I still had it. I'm not sure what (if any) upgrades yours has, but you should look into getting... 1. SCSI input (loading from floppies is time consuming, and extremely limiting, especially if you intend to use it as a looper (which you should, hehe). 2. Max...

thanks, i'll have a go. its just an insane, high pitched squeal- sounds similar to a mic feedback. I've tried turning the volume down before, but I remember doing that with a patch with auto-wah, and if i recall correctly, that stopped the squeal, but turning it down prevented it from triggering the...

Feedback w/ Synth running through Guitar FX

Hey guys, Perhaps a stupid question with an obvious answer, but I can't really figure it out. When I plug a synth into my Zoom G7 pedals, I'll often get MASSIVE squealing feedback on certain combinations of patches (particularly overdriven amp models, distortion, etc), which is a shame, since I love...

Nice dude. I picked one up a few months ago- I'm pretty happy with it, though the lack of dedicated front panel knobs is a big draw back for me- I hate fumbling through menus to change parameters, though, to be fair, the menus on the fusion are easy to navigate as far as workstations go. I'm thinkin...
