Industrial Funk - To Move On

This is an experiment to combine Industrial with Hip-Hop, Jazz, RnB, and Soul elements to see what would happen, but yet industrial at the same time. Im not sure if many people have attempted to do industrial like this, but if not, then I might be one of the first. http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.a...

Can you say Rebirth killer? This thing is freaking amazing. Now if there was a way to actually save your work, I need to get back on there to see if they made any changes!

the average listener on VSE is far more discerning than the average listener.

For goodness sakes, a good majority can tell the difference between analog and digital here, the average joe would be like whatever give me my 128kbps mp3 please.

Ive heard a few tracks by Drexicya, great stuff! Now that Im getting a good bit of my hardware back in the mix, I want to get away from the computer, and use as much hardware as possible, even if its c**p hardware, I just want to get away from looking at a PC screen. I plan to use a Teac A3340S 4 tr...

This is pretty dope! I love the fact that its all live as well, really has a feel you don't get out of any kind of programming. The drums were a bit bright in my opinion, but all I know is its insanely hard to record drums right, and you got them right!

Id love to hear more of your guys stuff!

List Good Cheap FX's

I have just gotten my yamaha mixer back, and now that I finally have send/returns, ive been wanting to hook it up to some outboard FXs. At the very moment, i don't want anything expensive, as im going for an old school 90's home studio electronic music sound, and I have been thinking of what kind of...

emo kids = worst ear piercing synths preset junkies on the planet. Just listen to Enter Shikari, (shivers) btw, what is new in the 00's? Im still looking for the next big thing. Saul Willams Niggy Tardust and TV on The Radio have been some of the most innovative bands I have heard this decade so far...

I use the bread and butter sounds, in of course very distorted and wacked out ways, like I did in reason. I would take a string quartet, a bad sounding one, and just run it through multiple layers of distortion, combine it with a choir sound, and just go freaking nuts to the point it wasnt bread and...

You got to remember, he is releasing this for free, not making any money off of it. What can you expect for free? I personally love what Trent is doing for the music industry. He's really spear heading this free music pay what you want deal very well. Radiohead was one of the first I know, but Trent...

Emulator X users?

I was wondering if any of you guys are users of the Emulator X? I have 1.5 and from the looks of it, its really deep and powerful, almost modular like.

I was thinking of getting a Yamaha A4000, but if this thing can out do it, then Im gonna stick with it.

For those who use it, how do you like it?

that would be a C minor 7 chord, sampled, then played up and down the keyboard, well thats the case with Classic Detroit Techno. its the same chord, or variation of those minor 7th chords. The ANdromeda A6 is my main synth for chord stabs, as it has a chord memory feature, which makes it easy to pla...
