Thanks, but i think we would probably still stick with M5 ... it just has that good, individual sound to it, and i reckon there wont be no problems of it going down like an arp.

em,

first of all: i wasn't asking of this types of suggestions
secondly: we need an "individual" sound, which can be moslty done with "hardware" stuff.
thirdly: it is also needed as a "list-to-show" to a client
fourthly: we will be renting the studio to anyone willing to record, mix

I would def avoid the 2600 if you're going to be using for actual work, you need something that's going to be there working for you rather than off getting serviced again. I'd pick the Eurorack modular cause it has a lot more modules available and you'll be able to get more modern sounds out of it,...

ehm ... found a sneeze on a nord lead ... thought it was the cat's "deed" ... beat the s**t out of it .... found out that it was my unlce ... damn, poor cat :)
