I have a Roland XP-80 and i wan't to use it as a master controller for my X50 and X5, but still want to use it as a source for the sounds on it, but when i plug in Midi in and Out to my audio card after a while you will hear weird sounds in the audio samples, it is a problem with the XP or am i just...

I use Addictive drums for the Bass and Tom samples and EZdrummer for the cymbals and snare and misc. running through Cubase.

ok im new to Drum mapping i'll load up a song put it on EzDrummer and it sounds perfectly fine, but i put it on Addictive Drums and its not even close to the right set up is there a way to change that through Cubase? or a way to get the same drum map as EZ?

Im using a Korg X50 i just recently purchased, i was following this article on how to create the Kevin Moore Lead sound but i edited it a bit and made a more unique sound, im only using one oscillator but it is a detuned PWM so that might be why. http://www.progsounds.com/forum/showthread.php?t=265 ...

Ok my drummer for my band has a trigger setup, he's using my JV-1080 for the trigger sample right now that i tweaked, but i know he can do better...what do most people use for trigger samples when recording today?
