Saving patches to a sequencer
ok so im not much into the subtractive synthesis and sequencing, but i have a basic idea, i have a JV-1080 and wan't to load up this bank of patches i found on the internet, they say to save all data i currently have on there to a sequencer, i have reason...would that work and if so how do i do that?

ok i have a c**p casio keyboard with MIDI (my Korg X5 is in the shop) andi just got a audio interface (m-Audio Firewire 410) and i have the keyboard hooked up to that and the the m-audio hooked up to the computer, and im trying to get it to work on reason but it wont detect anything...

Ok so im getting a bit of money soon and am thinking about expanding from 1 keyboard too 2, right no im used a Korg X5 running into a Roland JV-1080, i wan't that as my top keyboard and want to get a 88 key keyboard as the bottom, i was thinking the RS-9 by roland because it's 88 keys and a keyboard...

i have the orchestral expansion and it still doesn't have the right stuff, i only use it for the harpsichord and picazzo strings, i have StStrings which will do but im thinking ill just buy an XP-80 and use the JV then just use my X5 on top for the strings and lead or something :P and i was thinking...

anyone know any tutorials on how to make patches or edit them? i have a JV-1080 and i noticed theres not a real great attacky strings sound like on my X5 and i can't figure out how to change anything on it to save my life...i don't know anything about it really. should have started off analog tbqh.....
