Oberheim OB3 Squared for $650 should I get it?

I could get this organ locally for $650 should I get it, is it a good deal? Or is a Korg Triton Le for $500 a better deal?

This synth seems really nice since it has a pretty good piano and still seems to be a good stand alone synth. Will it increase the polyphony of my micron? What do you guys think about Kurzweils?

Complementary ROMPLER for alesis micron

Looking to purchase my second keyboard and I'm thinking a rompler ($300-400) would be good this time, mainly looking for great piano and strings. Must have at least 61 keys and easy to transport for gigs. Also, should be able to control the micron. I have a question though if the keyboard is able to...

Yeah, it may have been the wurlitzer I have both patches (rhoades and wurlitzer) and I always confuse the two. The micron impresses me with how diverse it can be in creating sounds. It's my first and only synth too, can't wait to try out other kinds.

i tried that, but it just stores the config back to default, it doesn't put my patches back in order.

I just reinstalled the latest OS but it did the same thing, like it says I only have 8 pads, and 3 string patches, but the other pads and strings are in the comp category which is really annoying.

resetting micron?

So I downloaded some sound banks off the alesis website and put some ion sound banks in it. But now all my presets and cateogories are jumbled up and mixed up. Is there anyway I can get it back to normal like how I first got it? I really hope I don't have to delete each preset one by one that'd take...

hmm, I'm reading some reviews about it and some say they couldn't get it to work consistently or the drivers were unstable. Is this probably user error? Anyways side by side to the m-audio is the emu sound card better SQ wise and user friendly? This will be my first audio interface. Seems like the e...

Re: So I found a couple synths

I have a miracle in my room. I regularly use it. Give me a second, i'll tell you how to navigate the patches... it's not on right now (like turned on). but hold down the synthesizer button, and press volume up or down to switch banks... If that doesn't make sense..try it..and it should. My parents ...

Re: So I found a couple synths

One is actually a keyboard found at a thrift store and its brand name is Miracle. I've tried looking to up but turned up no information. It has only 8 preset sounds, and you can split 2, but the piano actually doesn't sound too bad. Another one I saw at my church in the basement, it's a general ele...
