right, my 606 seems to have developed a problem. All the sounds are triggering when they aren't supposed to. It sounds like the machine has been bent :( The only sound that seems to be ok is the high hats. The cymbal just produces noise when I turn it up. Here's a couple of c**p videos to demonstrat...

I find that it is better not to compare yours to others...and just use it and enjoy it. You can chase the perfect 303 sound forever... Hello :) I got a prebuilt x0xb0x from class a electronics/diabolical devices for xmas and have been loving it so far! But I am concerned that it doesn't seem to sound as 'squelchy' as some x0xb0x demos i've seen on youtube etc. is there anyway to investigate this further? Maybe there are some fellow...

Have you tried only connecting the x0xb0x and the 606 together? yup I tried everything with no luck Also, not all MIDI cables are compatible with DIN Sync connections. MIDI uses different pins to DIN Sync, ...

yes, I'm using it as master so it has to be set to internal for me to be able to press play to start the whole chain.
the connections are:
Revolution MIDI out to x0xb0x MIDI in
revolution dinsync out to roland sync with switch at input position.

the 606 is set on pattern--play, on the mode knob

yup, it's defo plugged into the revolutions dinsync out with a midi cable.

I've got to have missed something as I can't get the revolution and x0xb0x to sync but I can get them to run together via midi

First of all, hello everybody :) I just picked up a tr606 today, it seems to function fine but I'm having trouble getting it to sync to either my FR revolution or my x0xb0x. I've got the switch on the back set to 'input' but when i press play on my FR the 606 does nothing.:( Same with the x0xb0x I'v...
