DocT's demos seem to have slightly more effective bass sounds than the ones I've heard out of the Tetra so far. Could anyone with both machines let me know their opinion as I'm about t...

Re: Taking the SE1X plunge!

Are there any good ATC demos anywhere? Everything I've ever heard coming out of it has been lovely and I think it has to be my next big purchase.

From website:

MFB-522 (ab Mai 2009 lieferbar) = MFB-522 (Available as of May 2009). Thomann should
stock it as usual.
Thanks. Ah well. Can buy a few more MFB Euro Modules first. :)

Re: New MFB-522 drum machine, now with more cowbell..

I think i might add this to my shopping basket in May when it's released to joe public. It's only 280 Euro-.or £259 GBP. Ouch. Exchange rate stinks doesn't it. What the h**l is wrong with that cowbell though? (must be set to a quick decay) I like it, very fruity. :D Is it only out in May defi...

Re: the ELECTRO HOUSE bass sounds

Yoozer, that is a great little tutorial man.

The fun we used to have manipulating tiny samples. Just picked up an Akai again ten years after my last one and can't wait to get back into it all. I hope I'm not bored of analogue. :o

Re: My polysynth is finally finished :D

For a while I've been thinking about making rack version and selling it (using only EGs designed by me to avoid firmware copyright issues), Oh yes yes yes please. The mp3s sound fantastic. and RoHS which isn't good for synths that have to live long. This doesn't make me feel confident about the mod...

For those with less network bandwidth - download just the song here . All sounds, including drums, were created on the MMM. The only effect used was delay on the lead bits and a highpass for the hi-hat. No chorusing, no phasing, no compression, no other EQ. So you're listing to very raw sounds. I d...

i love my mfb502 it is freaking awesome Me too. And its kicks may not be 909 deep, but it thumps and bangs, and it has gorgeous tom toms with which the great little sequencer can produce loveliness. And the price, I mean, why not? :D I will be buying a 503 too. Synth II is just superb as well. I lo...
