Re: Anyone having fun with the montron yet?
I'm really enjoying mine and looking forward to modding it in the future once someone comes up with a midi kit for it, i've seen a few recently posted modded midi monotron clips on youtube so i'm keeping my hopes up.

First Drum Machine?
I've decided it's time for me to get a drum machine, but i'm not too knowledgeable in that area. What would be a good reasonably priced drum machine that's fairly easy to use? I'm looking for something i might be able to scoop up on eBay for a good price.

Re: Yamaha DX-21 / Rhodes?
It appears to be some kind of din connector on the synth side and 1/8" audio jacks on cassette side, not sure if I'll be able to find something like that

Re: Yamaha DX-21 / Rhodes?
Thanks everyone! I've found a few patch banks on the yahoo dx group, but most of them are pretty hit and miss. I found someone selling the key clique cassette, I've never payed for patches before but I think I'll pick it up (not sure how exactly I'd hook up a cassette recorder to the Jack for it on ...

Mixer?
I've decided it's time to get a mixer of some sort, I've got 4 synths and it's always such a pain to have to unhook one and then hook up another so i figure that would be the way to go. Can anyone suggest a decent cheap mixer? Doesn't have to be anything special.

Re: new synth owner!
Micron's are great, but it depends what you want out of it. I bought mine as mine third synth after my ESQ-1 and my MS2000. If you're wanting something you can pull out of the box and start making some cool sounds within a matter of minutes it's perfect but if you're more interested in programming y...
