Which in particular?

There's a little of K250 there, pads are probably from GX1, the Rhodes-thingy might be DX7.

Took a look at some shots of Stevie in the studio in 1984, and his setup seems to have been a NED Synclavier II, a Kurzweil K250, a PPG Wave 2.2 or 2.3 with Waveterm, a Yamaha DX7, and what looks to be a Roland MSQ 700 sequencer. The only synth listed by name on Wonder's 1985 album In Square Circle is a Yamaha CS80, so presumably it was still around at the time as well. The Lady In Red soundtrack liner notes list a Yamaha FX20 organ on "I Just Called," and I'd guess that's where the percussion is coming from.
Keys: Realistic Concertmate 500, Korg K25, Korg Micro X

Guits: '86 Fender Japan '50s Reissue Strat, '80 Aria Pro II TS-300 Thor Sound

There's also a vocoder in the song too.

Most probably the Sennheiser VSM-201.

This particular song sounds very home-organish to me. Dreadful... but, on a positive note, the keyboard player I bought my VP-330 from some 30 years ago had quit playing I just called..., that's why he wanted to get rid of the vocoder.

Just listened to some Yamaha Electone FX-20 demos on YT, I think that is it, moreover, I think drums also came from a FX20

I agree. Awful sounds, probably sequenced and over-quantised; I made the same mistake when I got into sequencing in the late 80s. The song really hasn't aged well; neither have my own recordings.

He can probably afford them, that's for sure. At the risk of digressing, I was never a big fan of his but I went to see him live at Wembley Arena back in 1987 and the concert was incredible.
