Now that I no longer own a Motif, I needed something to control the transport of Ableton Live and this was the cheapest solution I could find.

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

I thought it was time to move a larger quantity of air - I didn't realize how much bigger a pair of 8" monitors would be

My latest is a green carbon fiber acoustic guitar, went to the factory in Donegal Ireland and fell in love with them so pulled the trigger. Still waiting on Behringer for the D as well though lol

Yeah, I've got a Behringer D on preorder as well, though Lord knows when I'll actually get it.

Gonna be looking at a Gibson EB-3 clone this upcoming week...be interested to see what it sounds like.

My mountain momma!

So far I've made about 30 patches on it. It's amazingly versatile, and my new go-to workhorse. But I really want to replace the knobs with something bigger. Also it can be humbling when I can't make something sound quite right...no more excuses like "if only I had a better synth..." I absolutely love it though!

This is my latest musical purchase. 4 months old and only £50, mint condition: Charlie the musical cat. I wanted to call him Tascam but the rest of the family objected.

Since last here: I got a Matrix 12 and a Chroma again, and I traded my Yamaha CS70m and sold off my Modal 002. I also found a Yamaha CS20m in a dumpster. So that's cool.

Tascam DP-01FX. For $40, I'm going to try my hand at some hardware recording.

I'm also using hardware less and less - I'd probably be fine if I just relied on software, but I just can't seem to make that leap of faith and let it all go. :(
