Here's my latest, $200 Smokin' Deal...

Needs to be tuned and some random OCD things fixed, but it is in otherwise excellent condition... I'd call it a "poor man's CP70" but, really it's the same thing.

Wow, no way... I remember peeling through that Novachord restoration page years ago and seeing the amount of work needed to get it going... good score man.

I'm pretty sure mine's had a heck-ton of restoration before I got it... but it can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMEuibX4c04

A Kawai Q-80. For €27. The sequencer used on 76:14 I believe. If it was good for Global Communication it´s good for me.

I love reading what others have gotten...

Well my latest purchaase was a Yamaha DXS12 to get the bass cutting through (prices were getting cut on some new stock after the DXS12 mkII was announced). But to talk synthy stuff...

I've been backing a few kickstarters recently...

I'm really looking forward to receiving the eoWave Quadrantid Swarm, it sounded so unique. I also just backed the NDLR and the Shrolca. I recently received my Kordbot, but have't had a chance to play with it.

My last actual purchase was a Volca Keys, I've been super-impressed by these Volcas - lots of gtreat sound in a small form factor. I play mostly live - been living with my VolcaFM with my older synths and it is a wonderful instrument. Thought I'd try out the Keys, it sounds great.

Lastly, I know my next purchase will be a Dreadbox Erebus v3.

Cheers,
Paul

Oh!

My!

Gosh!

Droolworthy.

One of the instruments on my wishlist -- did you have it overhauled completely, i. e. having roughly 80-year old component parts replaced before they can cause serious harm to you and the instrument?

Good parents you have.

Correction: make that only Good Condition. Red goo underneath, one key weight missing and one foot missing as well. I can understand the missing weight, even a broken key would be alright, but a foot? How can you (make a synth) lose a foot??

Korg Z1 for a good price. Got two 4MB ATA cards for $32, too. Saving for a car, but... eh, that can wait. :ugeek:

Why is FM suspicious? Unless it stands for Prof. Fred Moriarty.

You had better make some very nice music with that or the gods of synth will hurl their wrath down upon you. Believe me, I speak from experience.
