Hard to tell. They do registered OB-X trademark (as far as I remember), but I don't think they have rights to use Oberheim logo.

Sounds like Behringer has posted a disavowal of involvement in whatever it is. Starting to look like just a VST or prank, but it's certainly possible that something real is in the works. Just because it's a digital mock up doesn't mean it's not real.
I thought for sure the KingKorg and MS-20 mini were fakes.
