Can anyone please tell what were the machine and the software shown at 0:50 of the official video?

I don't like the drums, but the drums like me!

That's a Commodore Amiga 500. No clue to the software.

Button layout on the keyboard he starts the sequence with (probably just for show, since I doubt was able to start sequence from a keyboard key press) is Roland S-50 sampler.
