Having just dropped and broken the power supply (suspect not the original one) for my Novation K-Station I need a replacement. I've done the research and I know I need 9V, 600ma, with centre positive pin.
Any recommendations from anyone who's done this recently ?
I have two options at present, one from myvolts.co.uk who claim novation compatibility, offers 700ma, just enough. And a second one that offers 1500ma, makes no mention of novation or any other musical instrument (which makes me worry about hum or whine from the power supply).
Any thought, observations welcome.

Re: Novation K-Station: Replacement Power Supply ?
I've bought used synths that came with a power supply from a laptop.
Some cheap supplies may be noisy because they weren't designed to power audio devices, but supplies that meet the specs from companies like Roland and Yamaha should work just fine.

I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

Ooops ... I just bought a no-name power supply ... ah well, we'll see.
