What are your thoughts on the new Prophet-5? A Prophet-10 that doubles the voice count will also be available.

Sounds like an authentic Prophet 5 revision, as some people have said, from the slightly later around 1980/Memorymoog era instead. Cool !

Actually, it has the chips from all three Revs onboard. There's also a knob to increase the instability like the early revs. Wonder what the haters will be able to complain about now ;)
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

Super Cool! Being that he said he'd never do it, maybe this leads the way for a reboot of the Prophet VS. That would light the world on fire!

Time to think about selling my P5 rev. 2 and getting the P10. The operating system is so antiquated on the original rev. 2. It would have been nice to update a few more functions in the new models but it seems to be faithful to the original for the most part. Keyboard Tracking is now Off/Half/Full rather than just Off/On which is a slight improvement but continuously variable as on the original Pro-One should have been possible. Pitchbend Range setting and not having to set Modulation Depth using the Mod Wheel would have been nice.
