At the moment my 3 synth live rig is:

Moog LP Bass

Nord Lead 2r Melodies

MPC 1000 Drums and random samples

Hoping to sell the Nord Lead 2r and buy either a Prophet 08 or another Moog LP. Most probably another Moog LP :D
Moog LP + Casio SK1 and MT-75 + tube amp = good tone.

S90ES, Virus TI desktop and MPC2500.
Note how neatly the Virus TI desktop fits the unused flat left end of the S90ES -- this is why they were designed to be so wide. :D

I guess the dream set up would be

Oberheim Matrix 12
Moog Minimoog
and a big fat modular synth!

I would then have it aaaaall covered.

I'm not gonna count my MD.

So, I'm gonna go:

1) Monomachine SFX-6
2) ARP 2600
3) Future Retro FR-777

I can't remember if I've done this yet and couldn't be bothered checking. If not:

V-Synth
Evolver Keyboard
Ummm... Nothing? Maybe a Monomachine, they look cool. I don't have one though. That FutureRetro XS looks cool too and sounds rather awesome, but I'm not sure I need another monosynth after the Evo.

I guess I sort of have this going, because only have three synths that are just synths and have a keyboards:
-Moog MG-1
-Roland HS-60
-Ensoniq ESQ-1
(lets the pretend those other ones aren't there)

Here's what I would pick though:
Decent modular system
Andromeda
CS-80
so what do I put down here now?

Can I count a computer as a synth? Because really all I need is a macbook. If I had the money I'd add a modular synth too (or maybe two semi-modulars like an XS and a Metasonix S-1000)... I'd probably wind up making patches on the modular and sampling them with redmatica software to make EXS24 instruments... but really... I can do everything in software. I could probably even limit myself to using nothing but Reaktor on a macbook and be reasonably happy. Or even just using Surge and Battery for synth and drums...

... I guess I'm not that picky.

[daydream] macbook pro and a modular... droolworthy... [/daydream]

Pretty much where I am now. Laptop, small modular, vermona drum machine, and a bunch of moog, boss, etc... fx pedals.
