Back to the future! (1985 pics)

Post by hageir » Thu Aug 09, 2007 8:07 pm

I just won a Sequential Circuits Multi-Trak on ebay a few days ago.. AND OH MY GOD, this thing is DEAD-MINT, I barely want to touch it!
I've never seen keys shine so much in my life, they're like diamonds, gold and silver all together!
It's just like I bought it new in 1985..
I don't think I deserve it, it should be in a museum :)

Look at how shiny it is! (the end caps and the keys)

That's a nice synth, and in great condition for a crazy price.

I'd love to replace my Sixtrak with a Multitrak.

You've got one week to provide the VSE forum with some demos of this fine piece of steel - or, more appropriately, one week from when you manage to replace the battery.

Rest in peace, Dr. Robert Moog.

hellz yeah! :)
I think I have to a little mod to the pcb that I found on the net, because it has a design flaw (draining the battery in no time)
so yeah, when I load it up with some of those presets from 1985 and start tweakin' away I'll post it here :D

For aesthetic value, you now need a TOM to go by its side.

the look of those synths + the tom is SOOO slick!
those mirror-smooth-sidepanels are killers!

look at this:
"Also Featured are a stereo chorus with programmable On / OFF ..."

Just for the record, do any of you recognize any similarities between the Six-Trak/Multi-Trak and the Roland Juno series?
