New 77 key weighted controller with polyphonic aftertouch
Guys,
You have to see this new 77 key weighted controller I just saw, with polyphonic aftertouch.

If this feels right it is nirvana. Oh by the way it folds up and weighs 25 Ibs.
I can't believe my eyes. I hope they nailed the action on these although, apparently you have an option on that too.
Regards

Hello Huppo,
Well, just received an update from the company Infinite Response.
Apparently, their VAX77 keyboard is reviewed in the November issue of Keyboard Magazine in the new gear section. The are shooting for a Spring '08 release. This is very exciting news in my humble opinion.
Regards,

if this is available at $500 or less it will be very attractive. let's hope it's both high-quality and attainable

Re: New weighted controller with polyphonic aftertouch
Holy Thread Resurrection, etc etc...
I haven't seen the new VAX MIDI Keyboard Controller kickstarter mentioned here. For those out there interested in such things, take a look. The Infinite Response team have a new, exciting, open-source and cheaper project.
I've signed up for the 8-octave version but there are smaller models available.

What a cool idea! Great to see this keyboard back, and more affordable.
