I got a digital camera and 3tier stand. Both things I never would have bought for myself.

Oh, and every episode of Nick's Doug.

Aww, don't put up with that s**t man. From your gearlist it looks like you have one "keyboard" and two tiny little things. If your wife can't put up with any more than that then she has a problem.

I got colored cables for my modular. This will make fiddling about in dim light much easier. :D

No glow-in-the-dark cables? :D
Two VCO: thanks to the push rods, one can choose several forms of waves at the same time!

My lovely wife bought me a Roland JX-3P, it's currently sat on its stand with my Akai AX-73. I also got a load of money as well and that's being spent on an Akai X7000 which I'm collecting on 5th of January

Can't wait...

Cue myspace style shot of new Bass:

Its an Epiphone Thunderbird, (I'm not good enough for a gibson yet haha)

I love it so far, plays, sounds, and looks AMAZING.
No one cares, no one sympathizes,
so you just stay home and play synthesizers.

I just got a Yamaha CS70M. I've wanted a CS synth for a long time and this is better than I expected to find.

Found a yellowed Casio PT-31 from a closet at my father's (I knew it would still be there) and jammed with my kid brothers. We had the best time!

The PT-31, which is of course the rarer grey version of the far more common PT-30, has been a part of Jori Hulkkonen's studio setup in 2004 (Internet is my witness here), so there. It's so valid. :D

No gear for Christmas, but I'm strongly intent in getting me an Apogee Duet.
