Stu Phillips says "I used four separate synth players... two percussionists... two drummers... Fender Bass... one guitar... one acoustic piano."

Google presented me with this as my strongest lead...

Ok, here we go again...



There were four keyboardists on the KR theme sessions (Sep 1982); Ralph Grierson, Ian Underwood, Mike Lang and some other guy whose name escapes me at the moment.

Grierson used a Jupiter 8 for the basic sequence type sound which he did play live. He also used a CS80 on that date and probably a Rhodes Chroma as well.

According to composer Stu Philips, Ian Underwood was using an Oberheim OB-X and possibly a Prophet 5.

It's cool that actually the synths or people behind the music are no less advance than the car :wink:
