Synth places in WI, MN, and IA?

Post by bionary » Thu Feb 21, 2008 8:26 pm

I'll be working in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa for the next couple of months and would like to know if there are any places of interest for a vintage synth explorer. It could be anything: pawnshops, used or new music stores, or thrift stores. I'm always on the lookout for strange old gear. Thanks.

There is a serious lack of synthesizer anything here in Minnesota (well, Minneapolis anyway, I don't get out of town much). Its kind of depressing. Yeah, I can't think of anything in the twin cities that is synth eccentric.
Main Gear: Korg M500, Casio CZ-101, Yamaha PSS-480, sitar, cassette tapes
Toys: Casio PT-87, Casio SA-40 "Magical Dial", Casio Rapman, "The Crappy Keyboard"
