Holland is a very nice place to get second hand synths though... nobody here uses Ebay, rather a kind of craigslist type site called "maarktplaats" (marketplace) on which I have bought most of my stuff for very nice prices :)
There's an OB-12 on there for €450.

I'm sorry, I don't want to be rude but there is just so much more to Amsterdam than whores and weed.
I agree, that's a silly sounding thing to say... Especially that 'red lights' comment, thats vaguely offensive...

Sexor, I used to live in Holland (in Hilversum...) but I was too young to go to concerts and stuff, and I didnt really know anyone... what's the electronic music scene like in Amsterdam?

You know, it's pretty freaking amazing that you can come into these forums and say "HELLO" and someone out there will be offended by it. I meant no disrespect at all, however, might I suggest that it might be easier if you develop a freaking sense of humor! life's way too short for this kind of nonsense.

I like synths!
Moog LP + Casio SK1 and MT-75 + tube amp = good tone.

the majority of VSE thinks like this:

No one cares, no one sympathizes,
so you just stay home and play synthesizers.
