I would guess most synths could make that type of sound.

no doubts about the type, but the way it sounds rather different from every analog ive ever heard.

It has some unique character

I don't know what synths were used in Digital Dream but Laserdance used a Juno-106, Polysix, Ob-xa (i think) and also lots of Emax library samples during that time. Later an MKS-70 and M1 were often used. For vocoders, Korg DVP-1.

Interesting, I think this might be the Oberhaim XA. and I think it cant be Juno cause sound is too fat for one osc synth(even with chorus)>also not sure about Korg
