All of these posts pretty much break my heart when I consider the best deal I ever got was $275 for my AX-60. A buddy of mine just got a reverse key Poly800 for 25 bucks locally.

I got my CZ-1000 for $60, off Ebay, about a year ago. A few of the buttons responded sluggishly or not at all, but a liberal dose of contact cleaner took care of all that. Although the real coup came a while later when I scored a 64-patch memory cartridge for it, for $10 (after watching a bunch of other cartridges on Ebay go for as much, or more, than I'd paid for the synth itself).

Also got my Prophet 600 off of Ebay for $400, about 3 years ago. Not a spectacular deal, but it's significantly less than what they seem to go for now, and I've never had a problem with it (knock on wood).

I guess it's not cheap compared to some of the bargains you guys have found but I picked up my Alesis Quadrasynth (mint condition) for £100 a couple of weeks ago. I hope there's some better bargains for me in the future...

Not a synth, but I just scored a CR-68 for FIVE DOLLARS! Thanks, Craigslist!

My other deals & steals are mentioned on page 11, but I forgot to mention I got my CR-78 for $50 at a pawn shop back in '91.

What a lucky purchase, was it all ok internally (No dreaded battery leak?).

Also SY-77 for $50 = :)

great analog synth man. IMO, it sounds better than my Juno 106. Dirty sound, great sliders control.

good and unique sound, lots of sliders, 6 voice true analog, unison mode, MIDI, for $275!

got mine on $300 on EBAY on 2004 year

Yamaha An1x & CS2x, together for $150
CraigsList FTMFW!!

passed up a JP8k for $350 in Cbus "lack of cash"
and in Cinci- there is a Nord lead 2X for $850
http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/msg/1282079831.html
Cash talks, I'm sure you could get him down to $700, or $650.
"he had mentioned- He has no interest in synth any longer" when I email'd him

wow theres a lot of values here, sadly I had to part with a lot of my gear due to something happening to my dad, so I sacraficed my hobby, and well my buddies profited big time, this breaks my heart but heres a breakdown of what they netted from me :(

RBOT-
Yamaha CS-5, Yamaha TG-55, and Alesis Nanosynth for 80.00

DSMTH
Micro-korg, Alesis Fusion 6HD, Ensoniq VFX-SD, and my prized oddy for 450.00

I needed the money then, and well thats what I sold then for, and I know I'm a dummy lol but my pain their gain right?
