Five years ago, I converted 20 Wavestation banks and saved them to CD before I sold my Wavestation SR. Those banks were given to me on an Atari ST floppy disc by the shop assistant who sold me the Wavestation, which I bought brand new back in 1993. I assume those banks are now in the public domain but if the forum moderators think I may be infringing copyright, please let me know and I will do what's right.
I recently found the CD and am ready to e-mail those 20 banks (64kb each) for free to whoever wants them.
Important note: in my own Wavestation SR, those banks all loaded into Bank 2, except for Presets 1 (bank 1), Sound Source 5 (bank 1) and Presets 3 (bank 3) so back up all your existing banks before you do anything. Since the banks were converted from one format to another, I cannot guarantee they'll work.
