You engineers and your crazy s-domain. I should say, I've never done EE - the only reason I ever really connected the two is because the nomenclature of control theory is somewhere halfway between its engineering origins and a proper mathematical lingo :)

I agree that the s domain is crazy, but I'm not in charge of what the engineering profession decides is the right method to use. I just have to learn enough of it to get my degree and get out of college. One more year...
