Would be nice to have as PDF anyways, even though I have the actual book, the pages get stained with age, or I might lose it sometime during moving or whatever. Safer as a "backup" on the harddrive.

Not songs, just single sound examples.
Bitexion wrote:Guess it can be funny if it contains little snippets played with each sound.
Snippets is exactly what they are. Maybe there's some Broooocce in there too ya know? (you'll only get that one if you've read the book I'm afraid). ;)

Actually I got my book from Amazon Marketplace. Just contact the dealer directly and ask if they'll ship to your country. Even though Amazon wouldn't let me order the book the dealer was more than happy to arrange international shipping so it never hurts to ask.
Contacting mr. Massey would probably be a good idea, but I wouldn't know where to start with playing the internet detective.
Well I've had a quick go myself with Google and no luck thusfar but surely someone here may know him, or at least know of someone who does. I'll bet that many of these music technology authors stick together. People like Peter Forrest, Gordon Reid etc. might be the ones to ask?

You can google it as "The Complete DX711" - amazon, and others have mistook II for 11.

Here are the soundsheets in MP3 form. I think mine have seen better days, but I did my best to clean up the sound.

I've posted about this before. Wouldn't VSE be the perfect place to keep the files available for the Massey books? I also have Massey's "The Complete DX7II" and I would be willing to help in getting it posted. Of course, legal permission comes first.

I've got a copy. It really is an essential resource, and taught me quite a bit. If VSE can get the license permission to post it, I'll try and figure out how to scan and submit all 400 pages. If someone really wants to buy it, we could work something out.
