1. bought the Roland JX-10 intending to fix and sell.... but i'm hooked on the old thing.

2. may not be old (or analog) enough to qualify, but if i could only have ONE synth, i'd take the Alesis QS8: great (to me) sound and long keyboard to split into 2,3 or more parts. second choice would be my Ensoniq SQ80: my first REAL synth. people have created ten-quadzillion patches, but still many areas untapped.
