Looks and sounds nice.
You should definitely do a thread about the Pixie when you get it, maybe some assembly photos as you build it. I've been curious about it, and some of the other Elby kits, for a while now, but I'm not sure my own DIY skills are up to that kind of task yet.

Re: I built a Analog Synth
Thanks for the compliments guys!
I say go for it
If I was you I would just jump right in. Maybe build something smaller and cheaper first like the WSG from Ray Wilson. Is not much as along the lines for a synth but its easy. I thing I like about a few of the Elby synths is that you can build them in sections, test that section to be sure it works and then move on.pricklyrobot wrote:Looks and sounds nice.![]()

Nice work on the Soundlab there. I'm building an ASM-2 at the moment (or rather, it's a long intermittent project in between everything else) - Elby are very thorough with their documentation, though that for the ASM took a fair bit of organising to make it practical for the build.
Wait till you start designing your own circuits. Then it gets fun...

Re: I built a Analog Synth
I admire that. I've been looking at the Soundlab for awhile now and I unfortunately lack the inclination to actually get into what is such a huge project.
You're looks and sounds great!

Sounds really nice when you play the two clips at the same time.
