Hi there
I just wanted to share my happiness for my new studio electronics se-1 :D
I'm mounting it alongside my microkorg to have a flexible little synth for my live rig.
It's not completed as I will have to paint the case and som e other small adjustment but here it is

Are you going to do any integration of the hardware?
Or will it be all unseen cabling?

I'm going to finish it withe some paint job
and no I'm not going to any hardware integration, I wouldn't know where to start and as the se-1 respond to midi I don't feel it really necessary.
For what concern the weight it is lighter than I thought, the micro is soo light that even with the furniture I will have to check exactly, but I think it's less than 9-10 kilos that is a standard weight for a 61 keys board.
I'll let you know an I'll send you some pictures of the finished job

Nice job!

Are you mixing the outputs of the two synths somehow or are you just leaving their outputs separate?

If you haven't thought of this yet, maybe stick a midi merger in there so you can control both the MK and SE-1 from an external controller/sequencer/computer/etc.
Two VCO: thanks to the push rods, one can choose several forms of waves at the same time!

Dude that's cool as h**l.
If you add handles you should add a corner piece to cover the se/korg so its like one of those 60s suitcase keyboards.
