I had one too and I could not find any use for it. Not even as a playable module. I just never liked it. After I got my MPC and had no use for the 808 sounds no more it actually went in the garbage due to space issues. I didn't even consider selling it. I'm not proud of it but there, it's out.
Hopefully they won't get popular again in 15-20 years time and sell for mad amounts like the TB

maybe someone could mod it so it's sequencer can keep time.
or mod it so that none of it's sounds are allowed to get out the audio outputs.
