Never underestimate the power of wishful thinking!
Could it be true? this certainly sounds really interesting:

Yeah that's what Sonicstate says.
The nice: you find the title to the article, that says "ROLAND GAIA' blablabla... and you click on the title, and it redirects you to the nothing.....
It is suppoose to be a VA with 3 oscillators and real analog filters....
and with a better sound than the JPs.....
Taking in consideration the last Roland products: HEAR TO BELIEVE
Is not even vapourware.... let's see if that synth materializes on the Musikmesse

His sex dungeons are rumored to hold hundreds of people in secret locations around the world.

Gear List: A bunch that go 'WHHONNGG!', several that go 'tweedle tweedle' and 'thumpity', and a few that don't make any noise at all but have lots of delightful little lights on them.

I'm very doubtful that these will have real analog in them.
I'd love for them to prove me wrong though.

OK, I was wrong. The Korg is real analog!
And it looks like an answering machine crossed with a stylophone.

Please contrast this thread with all the ones asking for more knobby synths.
The Gaia looks like it'd be great for gigging, not a fan of the name though. It looks like the Gaia and the Lucina are the result of Roland's marketing department discovering that there was a large untapped market of teenage girls who wanted a girlier synth or something.

I agree they should have called it the trouser pickle.Stab Frenzy wrote:Please contrast this thread with all the ones asking for more knobby synths.

We'll always be remembered, we'll always be dismembered.

That guy from keyboard magazine talks just like Alex Jones.
