I have had the Manikin Memotron for approximately one year and love it. I found a much less expensive option purchasing one through their Canadian distributor (I saved about $400 off the ridiculously greedy markup from their SoCal disti).

The Memotron offers much more than just a digital sampler. The aesthetics and layout of the keyboard lend itself to 'authentic' Mellotron performance. The onboard effects and mixer are also well laid out.

Yeah, why not? There's 60MB of sample memory there. Standard on the keyboard model, an unlockable extra on the desktop.
